Last night, I was very happy to attend the presentation of the excellent book “De inclusiemarathon” by Kauthar Bouchallikht and Zoë Papaikonomou at the House of Watt. For this book, they interviewed 41 diversity professionals and researchers about their knowledge and experiences in the field of diversity and inclusion, including my PhD student Onur Sahin. “The Inclusion Marathon is a revealing book about the persistent lack of diversity and equality within many organizations, but also a constructive, concrete story about how organizations can become more diverse, more equal and more inclusive.”
