Creating support for D&I policy

It was a great pleasure to present our findings on support for D&I policy in organizations at Radboud University earlier this month!

The effectiveness of D&I policies strongly depends on the extent to which they are supported by employees within the organization, but how do you create such support? This was the central question of the stakeholder event that we organized in collaboration with with SER Diversity at Work and the Netherlands Inclusivity Monitor.
